Terasmaju is seeking a dynamic and experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Project Engineer to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, supervision, and coordination of M&E systems for various projects across Bali, including residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

With a strong background in M&E engineering, you will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met. You will use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS to create detailed drawings and specifications. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and supervise the installation of mechanical and electrical systems for various projects.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project staff.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E project engineering, with a strong background in design and supervision.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
