As a Field Assistant (FA) at PT. Hibrida Jaya Unggul, you will be responsible for various tasks that are essential to the smooth operation of our seed production process. You will work closely with our team to monitor and maintain our seed fields, ensuring that our seeds are produced to the highest standards. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. You will also be involved in data collection and reporting, providing valuable insights that help us improve our processes and achieve our business goals.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and maintain seed fields to ensure optimal growth conditions.
- Collect and record data on seed production, including yield, quality, and any issues encountered.
- Assist in the distribution of seeds to farmers and agricultural businesses.
- Conduct regular field inspections to assess the health and progress of seed crops.
- Work with the team to implement best practices for seed production and quality control.
- Prepare and submit reports on seed production and distribution activities.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the seed production process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to seed production and distribution.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the horticulture or agricultural sector.
- Strong knowledge of horticultural practices and seed production techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
