📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties to customers.
  • Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
  • Work efficiently and accurately to meet customer demands and expectations.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with basic food and beverage safety and sanitation practices.
  • Passionate about coffee and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
