You will manage donor relationships, coordinate fundraising events, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure funding for community development projects.
• Manage and maintain donor relationships, including grant writers and corporate sponsors.
• Coordinate and execute fundraising events, including galas, auctions, and charity runs.
• Prepare and submit grant applications to various funding bodies and organizations.
• Monitor and report on fundraising activities, tracking progress and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in fundraising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fundraising initiatives and engage potential donors.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on fundraising activities and achievements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in the non-profit or community development sector.
• Proven track record of successfully securing funding for community projects.
• Strong understanding of grant writing and donor management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using fundraising software such as Bloomberg, Blackbaud, or Raisers Edge.
• Familiarity with community development initiatives and best practices.
