With 5-7 years of experience in garment manufacturing, you'll be responsible for a team of 20-30 employees, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a seamless supply chain.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 9001 and BSCI.
• Lead and mentor a team of 20-30 employees, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage inventory and procurement processes to optimize resource utilization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in garment manufacturing, with a proven track record in production management.
• Certifications in ISO 9001, BSCI, or other relevant industry standards.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
• Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
