📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and pour-over coffee.
• Master latte art techniques to create visually stunning drinks.
• Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
• Source, roast, and grind high-quality coffee beans to ensure the best possible brew.
• Train and mentor junior staff on coffee preparation and service techniques.
• Ensure the café is stocked with the necessary supplies and ingredients.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our beverages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven expertise in espresso-based drinks and latte art.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, including pour-over, French press, and AeroPress.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
