📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement industrial relations strategies that foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing their concerns and grievances.
• Conduct regular meetings with management and employee representatives to discuss workplace issues and develop solutions.
• Monitor and analyze workplace data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Provide training and support to management on best practices in industrial relations.
• Collaborate with HR to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial relations, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
