📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risk factors.
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts using tools like Excel and Power BI.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including senior management and board members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements.
• Monitor budget performance and provide recommendations for adjustments.
• Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and annual reports.
• Provide financial support to subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with the parent company's financial goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks is a plus.
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
