Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you'll be at the heart of our retail operations, working closely with regional managers and corporate headquarters to drive strategic initiatives and achieve company goals.

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service. You will also be involved in strategic planning, market analysis, and implementing new initiatives to drive sales and growth. With a competitive salary of IDR 8,000,000 to IDR 10,000,000 per month, this is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take the next step in their career.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple stores, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing at their best.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, address issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to deliver outstanding service.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Work closely with regional managers and corporate headquarters to drive strategic initiatives and achieve company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in using retail management software, such as Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, or similar tools.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to travel frequently to different store locations.
