📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure optimal stock levels.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Handle any purchasing-related issues or complaints from clients or internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong understanding of purchasing practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
