📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, therapists, and other educational professionals.,Create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that cater to the diverse learning styles and needs of students with autism and special needs.,Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents, therapists, and other stakeholders.,Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, speech-language pathologists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive support for students.,Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social skills, emotional regulation, and independence.,Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and innovative teaching strategies in special education.,Attend team meetings, professional development workshops, and other relevant events to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Participate in school-wide initiatives and events that promote diversity, inclusion, and social responsibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.,Valid teaching certification or license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with autism and special needs.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and curriculum.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with parents, therapists, and other educational professionals.,Passion for empowering students with diverse needs and creating an inclusive learning environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other special needs.Experience with behavior management techniques and strategies.Knowledge of assistive technologies and adaptive learning tools.Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
