📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Monitor and maintain patient records and documentation.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior nursing staff.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Certification from a recognized nursing board or association.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and local languages is a plus.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred.,Valid work permit and visa for Dili.
