📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and coordinate the S&OP process, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting and planning.,Analyze market trends, customer demand, and operational data to develop strategic plans.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and operations strategies.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of planning initiatives.,Develop and maintain comprehensive forecasting models and tools.,Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Mentor and guide junior analysts to enhance team capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,5-7 years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning or similar roles.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
