In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and engaging manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements,Ensure technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and follows best practices,Develop user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials,Test and review documentation for clarity, correctness, and usability,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,2-5 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
