📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
• Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
