📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome all visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries to the appropriate department.,Check guests in and out, and ensure they have all the information they need.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.,Handle mail and packages, and ensure they are delivered to the correct recipients.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both spoken and written.
