📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our properties and increase sales.,Manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media.,Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital ads.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.,Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Attend industry events and conferences to network with other professionals and stay up-to-date on the latest trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.,Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
