📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle any food-related emergencies or incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
