Gate Local Group is looking for a dedicated Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence, engaging with our audience, and creating compelling content. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Tasikmalaya and remotely.

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms,Monitor and analyze social media performance and metrics,Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages promptly,Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals,Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices,Report on social media activities and provide insights for improvement,Manage and grow our social media following

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,2-4 years of experience in social media management or a similar role,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools

Social media management tools (e.g.HootsuiteSprout Social)Graphic design software (e.g.Adobe PhotoshopCanva)Content creation and editing tools (e.g.Adobe PremiereFinal Cut Pro)Basic understanding of SEO principlesFluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
