📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the sales team in the assigned area, setting targets and providing guidance and support.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the logistics and shipping industry.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Port Link Berjaya's services and attract new customers.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management and making recommendations for improvement.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase Port Link Berjaya's products and services.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the logistics and shipping industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.,Familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the logistics and shipping sector.,Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, combining office and fieldwork.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
