📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, using SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver training programs.
- Monitor key HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting engagement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent and performance management.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
