Design & Engineering Supervisor - Fire Truck

As a Design & Engineering Supervisor, you will work closely with our team of engineers and designers to develop innovative solutions for fire truck manufacturing. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from initial concept to final production. This role requires a deep understanding of engineering principles and a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to manage projects efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design and engineering process for fire trucks, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in fire truck design and engineering.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and designers.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in the design and manufacturing process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in design and engineering, preferably in the fire truck manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and design standards.
• Experience with project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Certification in fire truck design or relevant engineering standards is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
