📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the daily operations of the outlet, including stock control and inventory management.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.,Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to attract customers.,Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining high sales performance.,Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional events and displays.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet environment.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data related to outlet performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
