📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to ensure efficient and safe mining operations.
  • Oversee daily mining operations, including equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and production targets.
  • Coordinate with the mining team to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as HR, Finance, and Logistics to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure all operational activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in emergency response planning and execution.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the mining industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mining operations, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in using operational software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
