📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing patient care and treatment plans.,Perform routine nursing tasks such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.,Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the nursing team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing station.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.,Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.,Provide excellent patient care and support to enhance patient satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse or in a related healthcare role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian language.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
