📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Process payroll and manage employee benefits,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management,Prepare and submit tax returns and financial statements,Monitor cash flow and manage budgets,Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable,Coordinate with internal and external auditors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP/GAK),Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English
