📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth in Bali.,Lead and motivate the marketing and sales team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term success.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives.,Manage the budget and resources allocated to the marketing and sales team to ensure optimal performance.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the local market in Bali and a deep knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry.,Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.,Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Experience in managing and leading international teams is a plus.
