📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring high levels of productivity and morale.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.,Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.,Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback and support.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Manage inventory and procurement, ensuring that the bakery has the necessary resources to operate effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for inventory management and scheduling.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
