📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train a team of restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
