📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate departments.,Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage the reception area.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information and other relevant data.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized at all times.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our employees.,Promote a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
