Prime Town Mandiri is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounting team in various financial activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance, with room for growth and development within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Provide assistance in payroll processing and ensure accuracy of payroll records.,Participate in audits and internal reviews as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply).,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
