🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training and development
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs
• Strong knowledge of e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
