📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop engaging and effective training programs using industry-standard tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, and Adobe Captivate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
• Certification as a Certified Training Instructor (CTI) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on adult learning principles.
• Proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating effective training programs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
